After being told on Thursday that they don't have a 1.6 vehicle and not even willing to source it from other branches, Budget promised to exchange the vehicle on Friday 20th in the afternoon and today is Monday 23rd and no one has had the decency to contact me and advise accordingly. I am wondering if they are still trying to get a car? This is clearly unacceptable service failure as this is not the first time i am told the Vereeniging branch doesn't have a 1.6 vehicle. Perhaps i should opt for other service providers. This is appalling.
