Payment Issue

I recently bought a Jimny at Suzuki Parow and traded in another vehicle that was still being financed. For some reason the settlement of the vehicle being traded in didn't go through and at the end of the month I got debited for the finance on the old vehicle.

I phoned the dealership and they said that I would be refunded but this hasn't happened yet. This after multiple calls to discuss the situation with them. I have received good service from people at the dealership but I need this situation to get resolved ASAP.
