Call Center UNAVAILABLE!!

I wouldn't recommend getting funeral cover from FNB. When my deceased passed away, I went into the branch to file for the claim. Got excellent service for the consultants, but had to fill in a bunch of documents and get a formal letter from the Police stating that my loved on passed away. Also had to return to the branch four times because on or other document wasn't correct.

After all the hassle with the documentation, they filled for the claim. Didn't get any reference number and they jsut said to call the Call Center. Called call center and the only response I get for the call center prompt was CALL CENTER unavailable!!

Tried to Email then as well, still no response regarding this issue.

When cash flow is tight and you need to support your loved ones. Please don't get Funeral Cover from FNB.
