I got to Budget car rental at King Shaka airport at about 21:55 on a Sunday wanting to do a car change.
The consultants were unable to assist me because my insurance did not extend my courtesy car voucher. I asked them to get their manager on the line so I could speak to him as I was very frustrated by the whole thing. They called him at that time of the night and what a gentleman, what a leader, I am talking about a man who goes an extra mile to make sure that his customers are happy even if it was NOT his DUTY or his COMPANY caused that particular challenge.
