After using Mr. Turbo as the place to have my bmw 330d turbo repaire (as they are the turbo specialists) I was contacted the same day with a quote of what it was going to cost me, after I gave the go ahead I was notified the followng day that my turbo was done and that I could come and collect! I really thought to myself that these people really live up to there name, I only found out after a month of struggeling to get the car going I eventually opted to take it in to a repair shop, after two weeks the shop phoned me and told me that the turbo was faulty, having to borrow a car for a past month I was really frustrated already with the fact that it was supposedly to be brand new, I phoned Mr.turbo telling them of my problem, I was then told to bring it in so they could have a look but they can only have a look 2 days later as there truck arrived and they are oflauding and they aren't going to do anything for the next 2 days! What kind of a service is that!!! I have paid my money for a REPAIRED turbo and still I must to days for them to have a look at there OWN up! I will NEVER use them AGAIN!!!
