What in the world is that place, a joke. Took Polo Tdi model 2 VW Hatfield Byranston 2 replace turbo. VW turbo price is extreme, I purchased 1 from Garrett, supplier of VW turbos. VW fitted the turbo I kept getting coolant level drop, they asked me to bring it in, so they can check the cylinder head. I took it 2 get a 2 opinion which was there is nothing wrong with the cylinder head. After another few days my new turbo started whining so eventually I took it back to VW & VW said VW will quote. VW quoted me R99000 2 repair my turbo (that was new) & fix cylinder head. I need the car so I told them to proceed with the CH which came back as not cracked. I then contacted the turbo supplier & they said bring in they will check. Checked & found out there no oil getting to the turbo. Most likely due to VW not replacing the pipe, VW did not replace the pipe. After weeks of debating with both sides I decided to buy another turbo. I got the car back from VW new 2 turbo & recon CH. Next day car started shaking & jolting I called them they finally came to me & discovered they had not attached the injectors. Now I must pay for injector seals & fuel pump & they cannot five me an invoice!!
