I reported a matter on 2/10/2013 & I was asked by Simphiwe to fax the necessary docs, I did that but only one that I could not fax which was an AR Form & the reason for that was because the Police Station were I reported the accident had already forwaded it to Metro as they only keep it for 5days at Police Station. However I was told by the Police Station that my Lawyer can request it on my behalf if I am not able to go there which is what normally happens. I phoned Simphiwe & explained to her that I am not able to go to Metro as I have a new born baby & could not drive the my car that was involved in an accident, she advised me that she would speak to Natalie who is her Manager & never called me again. I left the l several messages to the lady at switchboard who kept on promising me that someone will contact me. After several attempts Natalie phoned and promised to phone the Metro and do the request on my behalf. Since then I had to phone everyday for a feedback but to no avail. Finally she phoned me to tell me that it was not possible and offered to send me the details of the companies that can assist me. LIPCO has debited my bank acc but not able to assist.
