1. I notified the sales agent about the tyres on the 19/09/2013 and had collected the car on 18/09/2013, who then asked me to bring back the car so he can see this
2. Took back the car on the 25/09/2013, he noted this and said will escalate to his manager
3. She wanted to see the tyres, I took the vehicle to the branch on Tuesday 15/10/2013 for her to see the tyres, left the car the whole day there
4. She wanted documents from the sales agent which I know for a fact she was given
5. She wanted a report from tiger and wheel, which she was given the same Tuesday afternoon when I went to fetch the car
6. I spoke to her same Tuesday afternoon, and her excuse was she wasn't in the office, she's stuck in traffic and can't do anything, she can't do anything without speaking to the sales agent- basically she had no solution to my problem
7. She thereafter said to me and I quote" we'll miss Maimane, speak to Ernest I can't help you" - which I found to be bizarre as Ernest is just a sales agent and just works for the branch who owes me nothing personally, if he couldn't deliver the branch needs to step up to my complaint- and she failed with distinction
