Berco Express is not reliable. On my order earlier this month they either held my package until the last possible day for delivery, for some strange reason, or delivered it to the wrong place and had to track it down. I couldn't get a straight answer from them about which excuse they wanted to use. They did call with an apology after I posted on Facebook, but I was on international roaming at the time and they never followed up by email. Avoid them if possible!
