I'm the Proud owner of BMW 3 series for the 4th time now, I've serviced my cars at a few BMW dealerships due to my nature of work, I find myself working all over Gauteng,
I just wanna Commend Joburg City Auto customer service,
But the Yesterday experience hit me so hard, wasnt expecting it,
I took my car in for clutch issues, I was dropped off at work as usual, during the day I recieved a call saying clutch and some gearbox parts were to be replaced, and they were still waiting for the Authorization, so the consultant told me I could only get my car today, so it will sleep by them,
Aubrey Nkos said he was gona send me a driver to pick me up from work, then he would drop me off at my place himself since I didNT have a car, and in the morning he was gona pick me up from my place, and give me a driver to drop me off at my work place again, I thought WOOOWWWWW!!!
But same day yesterday I recieved a call saying my car was fixed and the driver was on his way to fetch to go collect my car, again I was BLOWN away,
The Joburg City Auto staff is generally very nice, friendly and very helpfull people who are always willing to assist everywhere they possibly can,
KEEP IT UP GUYZ!!
