I took my car (Corsa Essentia) for service at GM SANDTON FURRY for 60 000km but it broke at 64 000km. I was told that the whole engine needs to be replaced but it has been four weeks now service person or the guy responsible has not called me back in four weeks. I started making follow up after two weeks and i was told the engine has been sourced it will arrive soon, a week later i called to get an update but i was told the same story engine has been sourced it will arrive soon on the fourth week i called for an update and was told they are busy installing the engine but then they told me i need to get the native from the bank something they should have told me four weeks ago just to get it ready since it takes 3 to 5 days for to get it from the bank. I got the native faxed it through to them only to be told that they will request it from the bank. In that four weeks i had no car the company did not give me any car, I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO CAR FOR FOUR WEEKS I WAS TOLD and the insurance also since the car has a mechanical failure, so right now am expecting anything, .But i have a feeling something big is coming. I HAVE LOST TRUST IN THEM.
