MY SHIPMENT ARRIVED IN JOHANNESBURG ON SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER AND NOW IS WEDNESDAY 18 SEP BUT TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL IT WAS URGENT PARCEL AND I HAVE COMMITMENT WITH MY CLIENT THAT WE WILL GIVE THIS PARCEL ON MONDAY BUT BECAUSE OF VERY VERY SLOW AND BAD SERVICES OF DHL WE CANNOT COMPLETE OUR COMMITMENT AND NOW THEY WANT TO CANCEL THEIR ORDER WHICH WILL BE BIG LOSS FOR ME .. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL SO MANY TIME TO DHL AND THEY ALWAYS SAYS WE MUST WAIT... THEN I WENT TO DHL AIRPORT OFFICE AND STAND THREE HOURS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED AND TODAY I WENT AGAIN TO DHL OFFICE IN AIRPORT AND AGAIN SAME STORY NOT CLEARED .. I AM VERY DISAPPOINT WITH DHL SERVICES THEY ARE CHARGING SO MUCH MONEY BUT THEY NOT GIVE GOOD SERVICE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER THEN WHY THEY ARE DELAYING MY PARCEL I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS .. FROM NOW I WISH NOT TO USE DHL SERVICES AS DHL GAVE ME SO MUCH HEADACHES VERY VERY BAD SERVICES... I WISH SOME BODY FROM DHL MANAGEMENT CAN SOLVED THIS MATTER
