My car was broken into two months ago and they broke the lock on the drivers side. Miway authorised the car to be fixed by Danmar AUtobody Sandton. This, in my view, is not the biggest job to fix. Danmar not only took 3 and a half weeks to "fix" the car after they promised 10days MAXIMUM, they then give me back a car with the passenger door making a crackling sound and THREE keys. One key works for the ignition, another for opening all doors and another that doesn't work. NONE of the keys open the boot independently. When has any mechanic seen a car that has three keys doing three different things? My car is in a WORSE off position than it originally was and the inconvenience of not having a car for close to a month has been expensive. The employees there keep lying about getting someone to help and no one responds. I am livid and want my money back for this service from these terrible unprofessional people!

I would like to know why Miway approves their service. I cannot fathom how fixing a door lock could result in going from one key which does all functions to giving me three keys.
