Shocking Service & False Information

I purchased two Renault Sandero's, one for my brother & the other for my sister-in-law. From the moment I had interacted with the dealership I have received shocking service from the consultant & the lady dealing with the finance applications.

It is now nearly 6 weeks later & i sit with the issue of changing details on my account as I was told it could be done when it cant be!

I will never recommend Renault to anyone due to the poor service received from day 1.

Highly disgusted & disappointed.
