Bought pair of VANS (shoes), posted through USPS from USA, shoes left USA on 14/08/13, dispatch number 0557, bag number 5, EMS checked and said the dispatch was received but bag number 5 is still outstanding. This is not good enough. Reason, the bag was most probably and all that EMS/SA Postal Services can say, sorry no record, passing on the buck as they never received the package. No further investigations are being made. I just need to accept that it is outstanding??? Never again will I buy shoes overseas and send it through EMS courier services being part of SA Postal Services! My suspicions is that i might still be outstanding at customs at the OR Tambo International Airport???
