Unprofessional Service! Bad attitudes!

We are very unhappy with the way we've been treated at Daihatsu Centurion, the service is really bad and the people there have a no care attitude. We took our company vehicle (Daihatsu Grand Max) to Daihatsu Centurion for a service and said to them there's a noise they must have a look, came back from service they said the noise must be from the canopy. The noise got worse so we went back and said to them the noise is worse, they had a look and said it's a cable. We decided to take the vehicle to a private mechanic and the gearbox ceased up!! We phoned them and all they can say is it's not there problem. This is ridiculous!! It's going to cost a fortune and if they picked it up we wouldn't be in this mess, this leaves our company in a very difficult situation because we short one vehicle. We are a very busy company and we deliver a service to our clients!!!
