During my search for a vehicle i came across something i liked which was at Autohaus Gobel Northcliff and on liaising with Clayton Wasserman the sales exec i thought i may have found something i liked. Unfortunately i am in KZN and the vehicle is in Gauteng so i had to send someone over to view the vehicle. After the vehicle was viewed and pictures where sent and the vehicle was compared to another vehicle, the vehicle was not to my standard so i turned the offer down. COMPLAINT: Clayton Wasserman called me asking if I would like to take the vehicle but sadly told him no, he asked why and I said due to the condition. At that point he passed a remark that triggered a dislike towards him and his company. He stated clearly on the phone after I said I did not like the condition of the vehicle. "WHY DON'T YOU BUY A BRAND NEW CAR". This was upsetting and I will never want to deal with someone like that. I wish i could prove it but due to it being a non recorded phone call i cannot but i will say this, if this didn't happen i would not waste all this time typing on hello peter. I understand your frustration on not selling but please do not take it out on a customer.
