My husband met with an accident a few weeks ago, and his insurance company refused to fully repair our vehicle which was damaged, we just fetched the vehicle and the back of the vehicle and the back light has not been repaired, we still have not had any feed back as to why they have not looked at the pictures and statements which proves the vehicle was in 100% condition before the accident, as we just purchased it.
Firstly we were told this vehicle might be a write off, then we were told the damages of the vehicle does not match the accident, although we have statements and pictures to prove it does. It literally was one excuse after the other. Our vehicle was also being towed and move continuously.
I have never experienced such bad attitude and rudeness.
As a customer who has insured our 3 vehicles, home, goods and property by PIB, I was deeply saddened by their lack of communicated and assistance.
I have move our Insurance policies thereafter, and just want to notify all customers of this incident, as we all pay our insurance companies every month with no hassle and when you really need them after you have a accident, they are unable to assist you.
