Our company had a parcel sent to us from China. Unfortunately our supplier made the mistake a did not mutilate our samples and this has no been held back by customs.
There have been numerous e-mails back and forth for the last 2 weeks and no one is providing the correct information needed or providing me with feedback regardless of the countless follow up mails and phone calls.
The same information is being requested and sent yet nothing is being resolved.
I am shocked that I now have to call the customers inspector myself as DHL is not responding to my mails nor advising any updated status's.
I cannot believe the lack of responsibility and how unprofessionally this is being managed.
