Below is a response to a complaint i made a few days ago.
Notice the part that says "A detailed response has been sent to your email."
I've still not received the detailed response.
I was still forced to pay an extra R250 for a service I didn't't need.
I wonder if this breaches the CPA. Clear product pricing clause.
Over and above this. When I went to pick up the car they had no record of my booking. luckily there were still vehicles available.
