On the Sunday the 17th of November, I went into the Vodacom Shop at the Mall at Reds's. We were asked to wait at an express till until a consultant was available to assist us. After waiting 20 minutes, we were not assisted but everyone around us were given the necessary attendance. On the 20th of Novemner I contacted there customer care line and was given an email address to lodge a complaint. I sent a detailed email to this address and the next day received an automated response requesting my cell nr which I provided. On the 23rd of Novemnber I emailed yet again for a response and to my complaint and to date have not received any feedback. The service was poor to say the least and disrespectful.
