Failure to Refund incorrect charge

On August 14th 2013 I took my Ford fiesta in for its annual service and for the brakes to be checked. I was advised by Jonathon on the Workshop Front Desk that my service plan had expired on 6th August and was therefore charged for the full cost of the service aswell as the brake discs and pads. I checked my service plan a day or so later to discover that it actually doesn't expire until 2014. I returned to inform Jonathon of the error on 19th August and was assured by him that a refund was due and that he would make the necessary corrections to my account and arrange the refund to be paid directly into my bank account. Since then I have contacted him and the workshop manager, Mark, by phone a number of times and by email but have not been refunded nor been informed of the amount due to me. It is now almost a month since this problem arose and I am disgusted at the way it has been handled by Imperial Ford and Mazda, Diep River.
