Appalling service from Imperial Ford / Mazda

I have been experiencing problems with my Mazda 2 passenger side airbag from May 2012 to March 2013. The car has been sent to Imperial Ford/Mazda in Diepriver on numerous occasions. The previous owner picked up this same problem and had it repaired in 2010. Ever since that time, the airbag light keeps going on.

My car has gone in for repairs MANY times and on a few occasions the airbag light went on while the driver was on his way to me. When this happens, the car goes back to Imperial for repairs and after a few days, the light goes on again. The same thing has been happening since May 2012. It is now almost a year that my car has been going in for repairs for the SAME problem. I am trying to get hold of one of the head managers to attend to my query, with no luck. I've phoned the customer care centre a number of times, with just the worst feedback - they do not even get back to me nor provide any solutions.

This is appalling and I am disgusted by the way Mazda is dealing with the situation.
