TOTAL UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE!!!

I Don't even know where to start... the Question should be..What didn't happen? OK, I drive a Kia Sportage that i bought brand new. Since Nov 2012 (20000km service) i reported a fault on my car. After that service I contacted kia Eastvaal Motors to let me know what was happening with that claim..They didn't even order the parts they were suppose to..they couldn't find the documents needed ect. and this was 2 months AFTER they were supposed to order it... I PHONED THEM!! The fault on the car in which they placed a warranty claim for was not even the problem. I had to take my car back at least 3-4 times after they found the real problem. And this is supposed to be a job well done? Then in Feb 2013 My car went for 2nd service & I had to take car for wheel alignment... another fault on my wheels which causes my car to be dangerous on the road AND TO ME & MY FAMILY. They said they had to take it up with Kia South Africa and till this day i don't know what is happening... They don't call you back when they say the will. I keep phoning to find out what is happening and the NEVER phone me back. I have driven allot of different cars and Kia has by FAR the WORST after sales service EVE
