Telephone manner and response time

I firstly have to mention that I have had one or two not so pleasant experiences with this branch when inquiring about services and/or parts. In saying this, I THIS time have to compliment the receptionist, Estelle (I forget her surname), for the manner she conducts herself on the telephone when I called and secondly how she made "work" of it to take my details and phone me back!! to answer a query after my wife had her car serviced at this Branch.

Her response time was beyond her normal duties, as she could easily have referred me to the relevant department), AND her manner on the phone made my problem seem irrelevant. Most people love to complain, however i feel it only right to compliment this lady on her mannerism and friendliness.
