I worked for the Joshua Doore Branch in Humansdorp and got a Toshiba Laptop as part of an Incentive. Two months later, I resigned, the laptop gave trouble shortly after that. Last month (May) I phoned Estelle at the branch to log a complaint, she said that she will log the complaint as soon as the system is up and running. I said that I need it back urgently because I also use it for work purposes. She never came back to me. Yesterday, my partner contacted the branch. Estelle told him that I cannot expect them to fix or send the laptop away, because it was a free gift. Therefor the factory guarantee is null and void. I claimed from my insurance and have to pay extra charges. This would have been avoided if the complaint was logged when the call was made. I am still waiting to hear back from Estelle regarding a base set that I purchased mid 2012, to be exchanged as well. Nothing has been done yet. I would like feedback as soon as possible, as I will contact the CPA regarding this matter. I am extremely dissatisfied.
