I walked into the bank to close 2 accounts that I had been struggling to close and she assisted with this explaining the whole process and confirming with managers in areas of uncertaintity. This has helped and saved me alot of time considering the 3 other branches at which I had attempted to do this said this was not possible and I needed to go to where I had opened the account.
