1. Renault Menlyn registers the car I have paid off for 3 years under some one else's name not mine found this out after 3 years that the care I've been paying off does not even belong to me legally.
2. Renault Wonderboom services my car and does not even check the back brakes this after I told them to do so and replace them if needed this they have not done and the brakes are worn less than 3000km later.
3. Renault Fountains services another persons car under my reg nr and vin nr thus Im paying on my service plan for some random persons services that I don't even know.
4. Phone Renault 110% customer care they don't want to help me over the phone tells me I need to put it in writing.
5. after numerous phone calls and request of me to have my seat fixed under the warranty claim 3 years later I can still not get this done every time there is a excuse.
6. after discovering factory defaults on the car when I bought it the sales person promised they will fix it and still to this day after numerous attempts and asking the service centre to fix it its still not done.
Renault gives the worst after sales service in the world!!! I am so depressed about this stay away from Renaults!!!
