Kia Pinetown customer service nightmare

My car went in for repairs and was told the job would take 1 and half days however it ended up taking a total of 9 full days. This has been a horrible experience and I do not wish for anyone to go through this experience. I do not ever want to deal with the branch nor its products and have decided to move to a more trusted brand VW. This branch has poor communication with its customers, bad attitude from staff, the lady at reception was rude and kept on changing her name, the staff in clearly not skilled/ capacitated enough - the saleslady after an argument informed me she was new. My quotation was changed when I had to pay without being informed which gives me the impression that this branch is also unethical. I do hope someone from the branch or the brand will visit this site and take note of these complaints and use them to improve their services. The number of complaints channels towards this branch clearly shows that there is something amiss and I am questioning the leadership. It very difficult to build a reputation once it has been tarnished, perhaps Kia needs to be pro-active and learn from their competitors.
