I went into VW Macarthy to buy a new car or a second hand car, was shopping around when i saw a nice looking VW Golf, had lot of extras so i decided to look more into is, but before i showed more interest i asked the sales person if this car was either reserved or sold to anyone to which she replied that it was on the market, so i deceided to take this car for a test drive, i was really impressed taking into cosideration the price of the car, the mileage and the condition it was. drving back to the showroom i told my sales person i was very interested and must please reserve this vehicle for me to which she agreed, this was around lunch time 13H00, i got back to work, filled in the application documents and emailed them back to her, my finance was approved the next day, BUT HER MANAGER TOOK THE CAR AND SOLD TO HIS CUSTOMER WHAT MAKE HIS CUSTOMER BETTER THAN ME, AS FOR MANAGMENT, THEY DONT GIVE A ABOUT ANYONE, TILL DATE THE DEALER PRINCIPAL NEVER GET BACK TO ME, I HAD TO CALL THEM LIKE IT S MY FAULT, RACSIM IS STILL BIG IN THIS COUNTY, I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT DEALING WITH MCARTHY VW
