I did send a complain to [Email Removed] on the 27/08/2013. The next day a lady phoned me and said she would give the complain through to Tata Central and they would follow up. But until today 11/09/2013 no one has came back to me. The complain I send through was the following:

I bought my Tata Xenon 3. Dicor fleet line from Tata Central Pretoria and sins service it from them every 15000km. On my second last service I notice that they have overfilled my bakkie engine oil but thought it was just a mistake because it wasn't that much. I took it for service 45000km about two weeks back, and check the oil level today and notice that the oil was again overfilled but this time about double the amount on the dipstick. It is much more that indicating the full level on the dipstick. Can someone please explain to me why is this happening and must I took it back, or keep on driving like that. I am really not very happy about the service I got from Tata Central.
