RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, APPALLING SERVICE

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my car in for repairs as the timing belt was worn out. I was told that some of the valves must be bent. This guy Kalvin gave me such bad attitude, told me that I am interfering with his job for asking for my VIN number so that I could get a quotation from Renault. He told me that I can not bring red meat and wine to Spur. I never said I was going to bring my own parts. All I wanted was my VIN so that I could get proper advice from the car manufacturer Renault.

I would not advice anyone to go to that workshop as you will receive bad customer service. I feel so sad as I am lady without much car knowledge instead of being treated with respect he was impatient with me and told me he will rather deal with my boyfriend as I know nothing about cars and engines.

I am so scared to call back as I don't want to be disrespected and talked to in such a rude manner.
