I've called the Renault workshop countless times over the past week and a half and spoken to NUMEROUS people about booking my car in. I was told that I could tow my car to them and a service advisor would call me the same day or next to discuss the service, as the security takes down my details and hands it to them the next morning. I have not heard from any Renault employee, no one announces their names upon taking a call and clearly gives their names unwillingly, when asked.
The service from the Renault Workshop in Paarden Eiland is absolutely appalling, so say the least!
My car has been standing in their parking lot for SIX DAYS and I STILL have not had as much as an acknowledgement that my car is there for a service.
