Rude to Customers and i dont care Attitude

Bought my car from VW in alberton in 28 August 2012, since i took the car its been giving me problems i have never driven the car for a full month it always gives me problems, i took it to Citroen i think 4 times since i bought it, the first mistake with the car they paid for it, the other ones i had to pay, then VW will pay me later wit a Cheque, on this incident the car lost a bolt while i was driving likely i wasnt driving at a high speed because if so i would have been involved in a major accident, i then took the car back to citroen on the 2nd of january 2013, my car has been there since i havent received it to this day... the problem is MiKE is being hesitant with paying 770 to Citroen and My R1800 Refund for replacing brake pads and an engine pipe when the car was just 4 months, my dad has been going there every week and his been told after lie, can someone do something with these people, because firstly they risked my life and now this!!!
