NEVER BUY A CITROEN

The service from Hatfield Citroen is appalling. If you have a complaint, they are unwilling to help and give you attitude. Once you get angry and complain about the bad service, they refuse to speak to you. They expect you to be satisfied with the bad service and to wait for them to one day help you and come with a solution to your problems.

The car parts only last 2 years then you have to replace them at major costs. After 35000km I need to replace my front brake disks, my car is 2 years old and I don't drive in heavy traffic conditions. I went to get a second opinion from a company specialising in brakes and they told me that Citroen only wants to make money. My brake disks don't need to be replaced, only skimmed. Brake disks have an average life of 100 000-120 000km, not 35000km. Their technician told me it is possible the disks were faulty from the beginning, but Citroen won't take responsibility for the brake disks even though the cause may be faulty workmanship. NEVER BUY A CITROEN, THEY PUT DEFECTED PARTS IN THEIR CARS FROM THE BEGINNING TO MAKE MONEY AFTER YOU BOUGHT THE CAR.
