Ad servicing and rude attitude

Last year (2012) I took my car to Citroen Nelspruit for the campbelt to be replaced. I paid R4000.00 for the job.
16000 km's further about a month ago the car broke down. the campbelt is damaged and citroen doesn't want to help me take care of the problem. according to customer care's Zanele Hlatswayo the car is to old the km's to high, which has nothing to do with the job done in Nelspruit.
a claim was registered in their warranty department with Heleen Botha, she made out a quote, and according to people working at citroen once a quote is made out they must help you financially.
I just feel that I was discriminate against as I have to pay another R4000 after only 16000 km's instead of
180000 km's. this car was my third citroen that I bought
