In 2011 I bought a Chevrolet Corsa utility Bakkie brand new with continental tires on. From day one, it will vibrate when I did over 110 km/h. I took it back to fury Revonia where it was bought, and they told me it's a balancing issue, and we did the when balancing. I went to another Hi-Q branch in Johannesburg yesterday, where they showed me something I didn't want to see.
The Expert at Hi-Q showed me how the thread of the tyres that was going in a abnormal pattern when moving. as I drive around a lot, I sadly can't go on like this, as it is both irritation, and a potential risk. The guy at Hi-Q insisted that I take the car to a Continental testing center where you will be able to assist me.
Yesterday I phoned the Jet park branch to make a booking for tyre testing, where I got a nice vibe (Read: arrogant) by a person with the name of "Willington". Sadly Willington wasn't interested in helping me with the issue (that was clearly not caused by the consumer.), and insisted that he will not replace said, as they have more than 14 000 KM on them. He kept on arguing that I should have taken the tyres back the first day, as I would have noticed it (which I did do).
