I bought my very first vehicle. Was meant to be brand new. Chevrolet Spark Lite LS 1 liter. I could not test drive the vehicle as I only have a learners. I collected my vehicle and was pretty pleased with myself only to find a loooooong list of faults with my "new" vehicle.
Wheel alignment was out when I got the car. The panels or body work didn't match up. There are problems with the gears and clutch. Car makes a funny noise when idling and it goes on and on!!
I now have a vehicle finance loan to pay off for a car I hate and that is absolutely horrible. What GM SA does not understand as that I am most upset about their BUILD QUALITY and their TESTING of new vehicles. Who the sells a brand new car to a customer with faults!
I ensured them that I would make sure everyone knows about this incident. They have attempted to repair the vehicle and the problems have not all been resolved and they are now trying some other options which are taking forever.
I am SO disgusted I don't have words. Especially not words that should be said out loud on a public forum that is. Date of incident is approx.
