I am raising a compliant, against one of your service consultants who refused to assist me with a quotation (long story short). I was at the workshop between 12H40 and 13H00 today, 9 September 2013 driving a white Nissan X-trail (CY39257).
Based on past experience when I was assisted by Lukas, I held your business in high regard due to the professionalism I received and that's the main reason for my return this time around.
Please direct my complaint to the relevant person as I think behavior displayed by the gentlemen is not good your business.
