I had my brakes done by another independent dealer 2 months ago, and, long story took it back 3 times with no joy and no rear brakes. i gave up on them and started looking for someone else to redo the job.
I passed Safty brake and Clutch premises in Strydom Park this morning and while still in the road in front of them, not even in their driveway, looked into the workshop. A lady saw me looking and walked out and asked if she can help. i explained my problem briefly and she said they can have a look quickly with no charge for not accepting the quotation. I thanked her and said i would return later. At about 3 pm, driving past plenty of workshops along the way, I decided to drive 10 km past my office and 10 km back because of her nice attitude.
They took in the car and started working right away at 3:15pm, and 2 hrs later, handed me the keys and said there is no charge. I could not believe my ears, and offered again, even just to pay for their time. but the manager refused and just told me the shoes were put on wrong and the one side was leaking.
i have never done business with them before, but from now on I will divert all me company brake problems their way.
