Doesn't return calls as promised

Called in a few times regarding a replacement remote for my car, was put on hold and told that he will call back, its 5 days and my call hasn't been returned.

its not the first time that i have experienced such awful service at this branch.

extremely disappointed, will definitely not be returning to this store again!!!
