DHL if you want the run around go with DHL Express

I am off at DHL they have given me the run around for the past week everyday giving me a different story as to when my parcell will be delivered. i have reached boiling point... please can you change the company name from DHL Express to DHL beter late then never if you people at dhl ever decide to deliver my good Waybill: 3424578743
