Douglasdale milk was advertised for 3 for R 19 . On 27/04/2013 I was charged R 41.94 for 6 sachets. On complaining I was sent from pillar to post. At "Returns" I asked to speak to the supervisor. I was told Gavin was too busy to attend to my complaint. I filed an official complaint at customer care where I was told that nobody complained about this before. Until now nobody cared to phone me.
The following was also advertised: Buy any 4 bottles of wine and get R20 back in points I also bought 4 bottles of wine, but considering the above I am uncertain whether my points have indeed been added!
