3 weeks late and counting

I placed an order for six bottles of wine on the 12/12/2013. On the page it stated that delivery would be within 2 weeks so that's before the 26/12/2013. In the fine print of the groupon pdf it stated once more that delivery would be within 2 weeks, after the 26th I went onto the groupon website to the FAQ section, there it stated that orders typically takes 4 weeks for delivery.

On the 6/1/2014 I sent groupon an email to find out where the product is. They told me 5 more days, so I waited. On the 13/01/2014 I sent another email and this time I was told that my problem has been escalated to the appropriate department and I will be contacted as soon as there is news.

Tomorrow (16/01/1014) will be the 5 weeks since date of purchase mark, I've checked on [URL Removed] to see if my package has been picked up yet but it hasn't. I've done some homework and found that the company originally selling the six bottles of wine is in Cape Town, meaning that at this rate I'll be lucky if I get the package next week...

Looks like my Christmas present is going to turn into a Valentines day gift...

Sovar half of all groupon products I've bought that requires delivery, was late...
