I recently purchased a CHERY J2 at the end of august. I was very happy with vehicle when purchasing it. Three weeks later and i feel like i need to return this vehicle?!?! From the time i purchased this vehicle the smash and grab has been done twice, still not satisfied with workmanship. The rear right suspension is higher than the other side by 1CM which is clearly visible. And with all air vents and windows closed i feel and hear a breeze from the front passenger side of the vehicle! When i try to explain things to the Dealer Principal (Nicholas) has the audacity to tell me that in his opinion - I AM LOOKING FOR PROBLEMS IN THE VEHICLE? that i should go to the main service centre in Ranburg to sort this out? Later to realise that Randburg has a backlog to deal with and the Helderkruin centre techie is on training for the next week? I opted for a brand new vehicle and I am having what seems like endless hassles. Seriously? I was afraid of the aftersales service being horrendous and it seems I dead spot on. As far as i can see i have three options fix it, get a new car or just cancel the whole deal.
