I booked a car on the 26 july 2013 and returned it on the 30 July. Somewhere along the month of august an amount of R832 was deducted from my credit card. I called and enquired about this deduction and I was assured I will be refunded within seven working days. I called again after seven working days and I was told the person who was clearing it did not complete the clearance, i should wait 24hrs. I've going on this route for a month now. Yesterday when I called I was told it was cleared in August. But It has never reflected on my account. Can someone please do a proper research on this and find out what really happened. my reservation number is 4139-6769-ZA-1.
and the card number is 4901150257139019 exp 11/15.
