I want to compliment Johan Ferreira and his team at the Delivery department of CCD Couriers Fourways. I must say, usually it is such a hassle with the delivery of my cards but the experience was very pleasant in this case. The lady at customer services contacted me 2 days prior to the delivery and then again the day before the delivery. They where right on time and the courier also contacted me on the day of the delivery insuring me that he is on his way. I did ask him for the name of his manager and he gave it to me. Johan, you and your team is very efficient. Thanks for the great service.
