I purchased a car from McCarthy Kunene in Witbank, in May.. i noticed a few things needed to be repaired. i informed them. only some of the things were repaired (only after a complaint to the head office). then for the next 3months i was messed around and given excuses as to why they could never make it to pick the car and get the things repaired. i decided enough was enough and told them i dont want the car because it is damaged goods and they not treating me as a good customer.. only then did they make the effort on Tuesday 27/07/13 to pick the car and try to sort things. the manager phones me later in the day to tell me how she is going to do the deal of taking back the car, which i get again by them, and in which i have to pay the shortfall... why should i be paying anything at all. i was treated like because they are incompetent and do not worry to keep a customer happy.
why should i pay anything especially because the reason for returning is useless customer service, AND NOT MY PROBLEM!!! its totally unfair and unethical that i must end up paying because of their poor service..
i gave them chance after chance after chance after chance after chance.
