Jimny Tyre Problem

During 30, 000 km service tyres were rotated. Wheels incorrectly aligned and balanced. Car undrivable and returned for correction. Subsequently front tyres went bald on outer edges within 3000m of driving. Required replacement of two tyres at cost of R2300 from Hi Q. Took matter up with Suzuki. No response for two months even after contacting JHB head office. Finally got response and agreement from Parow there was a problem and they would try to compensate me. Still waiting despite numerous follow up emails. All relevant documents have been sent to Suzuki Parow twice. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a Motor dealer and has put me off Suzuki for life. I am requiring compensation from Suzuki for the new tyres.
