Wanted to buy a new car from this branch. never called me back. had to go in to branch twice before somebody assisted me with paperwork. had to wait 2weeks to get a interest rate, and a instalment figure. when they called me eventualy with the above-mentioned amounts, they took R17 000 off my trade vehicle. from the amount we settled on a week before. didnt tell me that in the 2 weeks we have been comunicating. very poor service. no way to treat a new client. taking my business elsewhere.
